How to Embed a Google Slides Presentation to a Blogger Post

I was asked to look into options for adding a photo slideshow to a Blogger post. I first tried using one of the built-in gadgets, but didn't really like the result. I think the best way is going to involve creating a Google Slides presentation. This is what I did:

Begin with Google Slides:

1. Create a Google Slides presentation, one image per slide.
2. File > Publish to the web.
3. Click the Embed tab. Select the smallest slide size, and choose "start when player loads" and "restart after the last slide." 
4. Copy the embed code.

Move to Blogger:

1. Create a new post.
2. Write text if you want to.
3. Click "HTML" and paste the code from your clipboard.
4. Publish.
